DPCM Contact: 800-9933
Upload Documents
Navigate to "Service Requests" > "Move In". Upload your Ejari, DEWA connection proof, and Emirates ID.
Wait for Approval
Approvals typically take 24-48 hours. Ensure all documents are clear and valid to avoid rejection.
Book Moving Company
Once approved, you may need to register your moving company. Share our trade license and insurance details with the management.
Get Gate Pass
For villa communities like Mudon or The Villa, you will receive a gate pass code for the moving truck.
Critical for Moving Day
- • Gate Pass Check: Ensure you have the QR code or gate pass printed for security
- • JBR Height Limits: Moving trucks over a certain height cannot enter JBR parking. We use special low-height trucks.
- • Service Elevators: Must be booked separately after permit approval in high-rise towers.
- • Friday Moves: Often have restricted hours (e.g., no moving during prayer times or peak evening hours).
Dubai Properties Permit FAQs
Find answers to common questions about our moving services
Yes, a Move-In Permit (often called NOC) is mandatory for all Dubai Properties communities including JBR, Business Bay (Executive Towers), and villa communities. Security will not allow moving trucks without this permit.
In many communities, the move-in permit itself is free if applied online. However, there may be a refundable security deposit against common area damages, typically ranging from AED 1,000 to AED 2,000 depending on the building.
Processing usually takes 24 to 48 hours (business days). We recommend applying at least 3-5 days before your moving date to account for any document issues or system delays.
JBR has strict rules due to traffic and tourism. Moves are generally allowed, but timing is restricted. Friday moves might require special approval or have limited hours (e.g., afternoon only). Always check the specific cluster rules.
You strictly need a valid Ejari (registered tenancy contract) to apply for the move-in permit. The system is linked to RERA, and you cannot proceed without the Ejari number.
While the tenant must log in to their personal portal to initiate the request, we guide you through every step. We provide our trade license, insurance, and vehicle registration details immediately so you can upload them without delay.
