Villa clusters around the golf course
The community is built around Trump International Golf Club, with villa and townhouse clusters such as Brookfield, Loreto, Rockwood and Pelham and apartment buildings such as Golf Vita and Golf Promenade. DAMAC Hills 2 is a separate, newer community further out, so check which one your address is in before you book.

DAMAC Living permits for owners and tenants
DAMAC's app store listing for DAMAC Living says owners apply for moving permits in the app or ask their tenant to register, and that move-outs are requested by notifying the date and uploading the required documents.
