You can apply through: 1) DAMAC Living mobile app, 2) DAMAC customer portal online, 3) Visit the DAMAC customer service center at your community, or 4) Visit the main DAMAC office in Business Bay. The app is the most convenient option for most residents.

Move-in permits typically cost AED 150-300, and move-out permits cost AED 100-200, depending on the property type. Additionally, you will need to pay a refundable security deposit of AED 2,000-3,000. Villa communities may have higher fees.

DAMAC Hills generally allows moves Saturday-Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Friday moves are typically restricted to afternoon hours (2 PM-6 PM). Always confirm specific timing with your community management as rules vary.

Small items can usually be carried without a permit, but any large furniture or use of service elevators requires a permit. Moving without a permit can result in fines and denial of building access for future moves.

DAMAC typically processes permit applications within 24-48 hours. However, it is recommended to apply at least 3-5 days before your move to ensure approval and allow time for any document corrections if needed.

Any damage to common areas, elevators, or building property will be deducted from your security deposit. This is why DAMAC requires moving companies to have insurance. Document the condition before and after your move.
