Visit dmcc.ae and navigate to Community Management > Moving Services. Login with your credentials, select your tower and unit, choose date/time, upload documents, and pay online. You'll receive instant confirmation and permit via email.
JLT allows moves Monday-Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM. Friday moves are permitted but must be booked separately. Some towers restrict moves during peak hours (8-10 AM, 5-7 PM) to minimize resident disruption.
Same-day permits are available if elevator slots are free, but booking 24 hours in advance is recommended. During month-end (25th-5th), advance booking of 3-5 days is necessary as slots fill quickly.
