How to Book Your Permit

Follow these steps to obtain your Emaar moving permit

Provide all required documents including tenancy contract, Emirates ID, and moving company credentials. Forms are available at the management office or online.

Choose your preferred moving date and time. Most buildings allow moves 8 AM - 8 PM weekdays, 9 AM - 6 PM Fridays. Weekend slots book fastest.

Pay Fees & Deposit

Pay permit fee and security deposit (cash, card, or bank transfer). Keep all receipts for deposit refund.

Receive Permit

Get permit approval document and access cards for service elevators. Share details with your moving company at least 24 hours before move.
