Yes, we use only new, high-quality packing materials. All boxes are double-wall corrugated for maximum strength, and all wrapping materials are fresh and sanitized. We never reuse boxes from previous moves.
Yes, but be aware that owner-packed boxes have limited insurance coverage. If you prefer to pack certain items, we recommend letting us inspect and re-seal boxes for full protection. We're happy to provide materials for DIY packing.
