You can transfer Etisalat internet online through etisalat.ae, via the e& app, by calling 101, or visiting a business center. Online is fastest - log in, go to Relocate Service, enter your new address, and schedule installation. Allow 3-5 business days for standard relocation or pay AED 300 for same-day service.

Etisalat charges AED 150 for standard relocation which includes disconnection from old address and reconnection at new address. Same-day express service costs AED 300. This fee is added to your next bill. No deposit is required if you're an existing customer in good standing.

Yes, you can keep your landline number if moving within the same emirate and the same exchange area. If moving to a different area, you may be assigned a new number but can request number portability. Your mobile numbers are not affected by relocation.

Your eLife TV subscription transfers with your account. The technician will set up your eLife box at the new address. Your channel subscriptions, On Demand purchases, and app logins remain active. Note that DVR recordings cannot be transferred - download or watch them before moving.

Standard Etisalat relocation takes 3-5 business days from request submission. Express same-day service is available for AED 300 if you submit before 10 AM. During peak moving season (September-November), allow extra time. Track your request status in the e& app.

Most Dubai buildings have Etisalat coverage, but some newer buildings may have exclusive Du arrangements. Check with your new building management. If Etisalat is unavailable, you'll need to cancel (early termination fees may apply based on contract) and sign up with Du.
